The Natural Brazilian Butt Lift!
What the heck is the natural Brazilian Butt Lift?
It is a process that includes:
Massage,
muscular shaping and definition,
a target specific diet,
and of course exercises to get optimal shaping results.
The glutes are warmed to allow for easy muscle manipulation as they are warmed essential oils are
applied to help with skin tone and smoothness.
Then the area is prepared using custom
muscular shaping techniques to prepare it for the fascia blasting.
A custom fascia
blaster is used on the area to loosen and and allow the natural shape of the glutes to
reform and start the process of lifting and expanding to give you that natural Brazilian
look.
Now we have had clients who were ecstatic with the results of just this step.
One client comes to mind. She is a 57 yr old woman who after 4 sessions (of just the lift, no
muscular development or diet) took a trip to a Florida beach and was shocked that not
only was her swimsuit bottom stretching over her glutes but she was being checked out
by a lot of people, men and women.
To get the optimal results you will also need to use
the nutrition plan which will help speed the process along.
Also, for inch development, a
custom muscular development program (or booty shaping as Sara calls it) is needed.
