An AromaTouch® Technique session combines a physically and emotionally cleansing clinical application of therapeutic grade essential oils with therapeutic touch that feels nurturing and relaxing.
This completely restorative wellness experience can benefit stress reduction, pain management, and emotional healing, while decreasing inflammation, and providing immune system and autonomic balance support.
Designed to minimize systemic stressors to autonomic balance, each step or application of two essential oils or essential oil blends has been formulated to support greater emotional and physiological well being.
The four-step sytematic process includes the topical application in repetitive, gentle movements, of four essential oils, and four essential oil blends, along with energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body. Hormones, adrenal/cortisol levels, and detoxification of the body, are also addressed.
In Sacha’s experience, and clients experiences, it also boosts libido, as the effects on the internal body systems also effect sexual vitality.

Aromatic
Essential oils naturally have powerful aromas. Their aromas can elicit powerful physiologic, mental, and emotional responses.
Topical
The chemical compounds of essential oils allow for them to be readily absorbed and enter the blood stream. Some essential oils can be applied neat (applied with no carrier oil) others require a carrier oil for dilution.
Internal
Ingesting essential oils is the most potent method; therefore, proper dosage, following label recommendations, and other professional guidelines is recommended to avoid unnecessary overuse or toxicity.
Why Quality Matters
“For an essential oil to truly be therapeutic and superior grade, an essential oil needs to be tested and certified as pure, potent, genuine, and authentic. Authenticity means the composition equals the plant specified on the bottle. Genuine is equivalent to the term unadulterated or the essential oil is 100% natural.
